Land parcels in Ang Mo Kio Kembangan earmarked residential use
Ang Mo Kio is located near the CHIJ St Nicholas Girls’ School. Mayflower MRT station is also a short distance away. Analysts predict that the site would yield between 600 to 750 condominiums if it was set aside for private housing.The Urban Redevelopment Authority is planning to rezone the land parcels in Ang Mo Kio, Kembangan for residential purposes.
